ZZIC’s second mission involves establishing a halal work environment for women by offering employment opportunities in accordance with Islamic principles. This entails the implementation of policies to prevent free mixing of the opposite gender, upholding modesty standards such as the practice of the full hijab, cultivating a workplace culture that honors Islamic values and giving women the opportunity to earn an income. This approach seeks to provide women with professional opportunities while aligning with Islamic guidelines regarding modesty.
At ZZIC we believe that an Islamic instructor plays a crucial role in educating students about Islamic teachings, Quranic studies, and the principles of Islam. They guide students in moral and ethical development, stimulating a deep understanding of the religion. This role often involves teaching various subjects within the Islamic curriculum and promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
The primary objective of an academic teacher in an Islamic institution is to impart knowledge and skills in various subjects while integrating Islamic values and teachings into the learning process. The goal is to provide students with a well-rounded education that encompasses both secular subjects and a deep understanding of Islamic principles. Academic teachers strive to cultivate a positive learning environment, promote intellectual growth, moral development, and a strong foundation in both academic and Islamic knowledge.

Is the reward for good [anything] but good? (55:60)
Certainly, volunteering is highly valued in Islam, emphasizing the importance of selfless service to others. The act of volunteering is often seen as a virtuous way to contribute to the community, help those in need, and earn Allah’s rewards. It aligns with the principles of charity, compassion, and communal support, reflecting the broader Islamic teachings on benevolence and kindness towards others.
