Documents Required for Admission Completion

Application Form

Complete and submit the official ZZIC application form, providing accurate and detailed information about the student.

Birth Certificate

Submit a copy of the student's official birth certificate.

Previous Academic Records

Provide transcripts or academic records from the previous school, including the most recent report card and any standardized test results.

Recommendation Letters (Optional)

Submit at least two recommendation letters, preferably from teachers or educational professionals who can speak to the student's academic abilities, behavior, and character.

Entrance Assessment
(pre-K and kindergarten only)

Successfully complete an entrance assessment, which may include tests in English, Math, and other relevant subjects, to ensure proper academic placement.

Islamic Studies Background

Demonstrate a basic understanding of Islamic Studies through an interview or written assessment, showcasing the student's knowledge of fundamental Islamic Principles and Practices.

Immunization Records

Submit up-to-date immunization records.
